  • Include a note with order number and/or name
  • Include a note advising what you would like to exchange for

Faulty Item...

Although we pride ourselves on the exceptional quality of our products it is not unheard of for the odd faulty item to slip through the manufacturing process.

If this has happened to you I sincerely apologise.

In this event, please email Jenny at jenny@friendlydogcollars.com.au and include photos of faulty items and a replacement will be organised.
