Caused terrible red raw chafe in the armpit

My dog is an Irish wolfhound x collie at 21 kegs. I ordered the largest size. It’s slightly loose around the neck but still fits however the waist band sits too under the armpit. I specifically got this harness for public places like the beach and dog park so people know my boundy dog is super friendly. I thought she had a food allergy going on but then realised the harness rubs so bad that it caused red raw chafe in her armpit. For a skinnier frame dog (wolfhound) without that solid chest that a bill arab has, I’m disappointed. I tried loosening the strap but it still does it.

We are so sorry to hear this has happened. This is why we state in the description in bold red wording that the vest harnesses are not suitable for larger dogs and to double check the front measurement. Full measurement guides are also provided in the description to avoid confusion on where to measure. For large dogs PLEASE use the adjustable L/XL Strap Harness.

I think it is GREAT!!!!! I have a very happy friendly Blue Heeler, and a lot of people have had bad experiences with them. So it is nice to go to the beach and for people to know that he is friendly and not be scared of him.
