Although we pride ourselves on the exceptional quality of our products it is not unheard of for the odd faulty item to slip through the manufacturing process.

Orders leave our Gold Coast warehouse within 24 hours, and you'll get tracking info. Shipping is $9.20 or $12.20 for express in Australia, and $17.80 to New Zealand.

Great service. Great product. The fabric is comfortable and fits well.
The jacket shipped quickly and is good quality. It works great to give us some additional space when training. (And even when not training, it deters strangers from coming up to pat our dog or letting their own dogs run up to him.)
The L was a good size for our lab/retriever. It’s lined with fleece, which I cut out to avoid overheating.
This training jacket is soft to touch (fleecy undereath) the Velcro straps are easy and secure.
Being a trainer there are lots of 'Training Aids' on the market and I feel this is the best one I've found.
I've found a high majority will give us space - and compared to other training jackets people have to be close enough to read the text on the jacket.
Highly recommend this product.
